Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates MUST be presented at time of service, used in full by expiration date and are non-transferable. "Packaged Experiences” cannot be split up and should be enjoyed in the same day. Gift Certificates are not refundable but may be exchanged for store credit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates cannot be used for specially priced promotional services.

Thank you for choosing Maximus, and giving us the pleasure of having you as our guest…
We would like your day to run as smoothly as possible, the following
“SPA ETIQUETTE” will help prepare you for your visit.
Scheduling
- When scheduling your appointment, please let our Customer Service Representative know that you have a Gift Certificate. Please have the serial number handy, located in the upper right hand corner of the certificate.
- Please schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks ahead of time, allowing more time for weekends. Please let us know ahead of time if you are pregnant, have any health issues such as heart, blood pressure, etc., or if you have any special needs or requests.
- We are sorry, but packages cannot be split up and must be used in full on the same day
Arrival- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment, allowing yourself time to find our location, check-in, get comfortable, and be ready to begin your services at your scheduled time. We ask that you please leave all valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

On the day of your appointment, please bring your gift certificate with you. Lost or misplaced Gift Certificates are subject to full payment by cash or credit card for services rendered.
- Please communicate with us; if at any time during your visit you are not comfortable with anything, let us know so that we can resolve it at once.
- In order to respect the privacy of our guests, only those booked for spa services will be invited inside the spa area. Kindly silence all cell phones.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
- Spa time has been reserved especially for you. Please honor our 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid an unnecessary 50% fee for cancelled services.
Gratuities
- Gratuities are not included (unless specified on you gift certificate) but are appreciated and cannot be added on to credit cards. If you are pleased with your services 20% is customary. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. The spa staff respectfully appreciates gratuities in currency.
